To put it simply, almost everyone! Promier carries a wide selection of lighting products that appeals to campers, hikers, construction workers and the DIYer within us. Homeowners, pet owners and vehicle drivers will also be delighted by our lighting products.
 

How often are new products added?

How long will it take to get my items?

We ship out of Illinois and strive to process all orders within 2 business days. Depending on the items ordered, your order will ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available) will be sent as soon as possible.


Is it possible to place a bulk order with you for something I see on the site?

Yes! If you’re interested in purchasing a bulk quantity of something you see, please email us at info@promierproducts.com. A qualified team member will be able to check availability and offer an attractive price point for your order.
 

What’s your return policy on merchandise?

It’s our goal to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Promier. If something isn’t as you expected it to be, please contact us and let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Non-defective items must be unopened or in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please call us or use our Contact Us Form. We will issue a return Authorization Number. No refunds after 30 days although we may offer store credit.

We will exchange non-working items due to manufacturer’s defects or items that we shipped in error at no charge to you. Please call customer service to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot exchange items due to normal wear and tear or abuse.

We cannot give refunds on items not directly purchased from us.

Defective items purchased through our resellers are eligible for replacement through us although we may not be able to replace the item with the exact model. Please call Customer Service first or use our Contact Us Form.
